1. Agreement
These Terms of Use govern your use of the Stickies Pro desktop application and the desktopstickynotes.lovable.app website (together, the "Service"), operated by Desktop Sticky Notes, Bengaluru, Karnataka, India ("we", "us"). By downloading, installing or using the Service you agree to these terms.
2. Licence
We grant you a personal, non-exclusive, non-transferable licence to install and use Stickies Pro on devices you own or control. A paid licence is a one-time purchase — ₹500 (INR) in India or $9.99 (USD) elsewhere — and does not expire. Purchases are governed by our Refund Policy.
3. Your content
Your notes belong to you. We claim no ownership over anything you write. If you enable sync, you grant us the limited right to store and transmit your notes solely so the feature works across your devices.
4. Acceptable use
- Do not reverse-engineer, resell or redistribute the app.
- Do not use the Service to break the law or to harm others.
- Do not attempt to access another user's account or synced notes.
5. Accounts
Sign-in is optional and uses your Google account. You are responsible for activity under your account and for keeping your devices secure. You can sign out at any time.
6. Disclaimers
The Service is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind. While Stickies Pro is designed to keep your notes safe, no software is perfect — we recommend using the built-in export feature for anything irreplaceable. To the maximum extent permitted by law, we are not liable for indirect or consequential damages, and our total liability is limited to the amount you paid for the app.
7. Governing law
These terms are governed by the laws of India, and the courts of Bengaluru, Karnataka have exclusive jurisdiction over any dispute.
8. Changes
We may update these terms from time to time; the date at the top shows the latest revision. Continued use after a change means you accept the updated terms.
